As national economy developed rapidly,hoisting equipment played an important role in economic construction. In order to accurately identify and effective control the dangerous factors of hoisting equipment in use process,guarantee personal safety,reduce accidents loss,people constantly sum up the accident prevention,disaster experiences and lessons,and put forward the concept of safety assessment and method. Safety assessment is the production and business operation entities to realize scientific , systematic safety management , which is also the need of government supervision and administration of production safety foundation.Safety assessment work started very late in China. Either the theory and method of safety assessment,or the base data of safety assessment,dropped behind of the developed industrialization countries. In 1980s,safety system project was introduced in China , and was valued by many large and medium-sized enterprises and trade management department.Source control point of view was proposed,after analysis of the current situation of crane regulation and research all kinds of test procedures and inspection standard. From crane design level for examination,using computer aided inspection work. Validation and review,combining with the integration of a computer,the maximum use the fast operation ability help inspectors complete inspection work,from the Angle of third parties,independently carry out an all-round study demonstrates,to be seized crane safety make a reasonable evaluation.Accident Tree Analysis can be used to establish accident tree,to find out the bottom events which threat the safety of metal structure of overhead traveling crane. It can combine with Expert Evaluation Method to mark off grade of the metal crack,to find out the key point of the safety assessment.With VC+ + 6.0 for platform development the computer aided design verification evaluation software,from design Angle,based on allowable stress method and limit state method to be seized crane's main stress components and dangerous section,the danger point of the strength,stiffness and stability are validated by word,combining COM technology evaluation report. Output validation For general bridge crane inspection and security review put forward a feasible method.
