The safety of ammunition transportation is usually checked up by running test, which iscostly, time-consuming and needs too much manpower. The safety and controllability ofthe conventional running test cannot always be guaranteed. With the rapid development ofFinite Element Analysis Method numerical simulations on computers are widely used in thefield of military as an effective approach. This work is based on the extensive literature see,the use of finite element analysis technology, will be transplanted to the outdoor test computerplatform, the initial realization of the simulation of the transport of ammunition.This paper describes the transportation of ammunition system as the research object,which establishes its various sub-entity model of the important parts of the finite elementstrength analysis. Articles uses ANSYS structural analysis, modal analysis and spectralanalysis, establishes an important component of the finite element model. This paper detailsanalysis of the transport of ammunition on the road when driving in a typical, each box ofammunition spectral response of the road. Military standard reference text in the standardsystem are given for the transport of ammunition and ammunition transport process in thevertical and horizontal road surface excitation spectrum of the data, according to the actualtransport process may be encountered in the placement of, constraints to simulate the differentpositions. This paper simulates and calculates the cabinet under the action of the accelerationdisplacement response spectrum and the stress response, which checks the strength of the box.On this basis, the results for the simulation of random vibration met fatigue analysis andrational calculation formula by the two box design fatigue requirements. With ammunitionthat may arise during the actual transport situation, the results give the initial ammunitiontransport security measures, which is important for future reference.
