In view of the current service processing,in order to eliminate the problem of launching accuracy caused by the installation of fuze in the battlefield,this paper puts forward the task that the fuze and warhead are installed completely for service processing.The research can effectively promote the development of ammunition more reliable and safer.In order to provide a reference for the research of ammunition service and transportation safety,the transportation of fuze and warhead integration ammunition is comprehensively analyzed by theoretical analysis and simulation test,which analyzes the impact of different environmental factors on projectile drop impact and transport vibration,and studies the influence of recoil inertial mechanism and centrifugal mechanism in service transportation of fuze safety system.Based on the comprehensive consideration of the difference of vibration source and transportation road surface,the vibration modes under the different circumstance of water,land and air transportation are comprehensively analyzed.The frequency,acceleration amplitude and total square root acceleration of transport ship,class I,class II,class III road vehicle transportation,railway transportation and jet transport are calculated and summarized.By Using ADAMS software to simulate the vibration of fuze safety system,the response of fuze safety mechanism in the frequency of 2~2000Hz broadband and narrow-band random vibration is obtained.All parts of the safety mechanism will not produce resonance.The safety of fuze in transportation vibration will not be affected.Through the simulation of ANSYS/LS-DYNA software,the drop pulse of the fuze safety system is obtained when the whole bomb with the fuze is dropped from1.5m,3M and 12m height to different material targets in different posture.When the projectile falls in the same falling posture,the impact peak value of the fuse safety part decreases in the order of steel plate,concrete and soil,while the pulse width increases in this order.When falling in different attitude,part of the impulse response time of fuze safety mechanism is warhead downward,warhead oblique downward,projectile axis horizontal downward,projectile bottom downward and projectile base oblique downward.The pulse peak value which is arranged from large to small is missile bottom downward,projectile axis horizontal downward,projectile base oblique downward,warhead downward and warhead oblique downward.ADAMS is used to simulate and analyze the response of the insurance mechanism by different impact in the fall.The results show that the displacement of recoil pin is1.3mm and the displacement of centrifugal claw is 0.63mm under the action of acceleration 183635m·S-2and pulse width 0.15ms,which can ensure the safety of the fuze.The displacement of recoil inertial pin and centrifugal claw is proportional to the impact of acceleration.
