In order to improve the penetration power of the shaped charge warhead, the paper aimat the problems of the HEAT(high explosive anti-tank cartridge) using original partitioninitiation way, according to the idea that the shaped charge HEAT directly change the maincharge of initiation way, is the use of Network technology explosion, from a single point ofinitiation to charge end-multi-point initiation. The technology can form the ideal andsymmetrical detonation wave in the main grain of the warhead, so as to improve thepenetration power and stability.Through a combination means of theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and test,using the shaped charge explosion theory and the basic principles of network technology, thepaper establishes a ring multi-network shaped charge detonation model and analyses todetermine the explosive output of the network points, network size and synchronizationdetonation time, numerically simulates the process of the ring of four points, eight points,sixteen points'shaped charge jet formation and penetration target,obtained the detonationwaveform diagram , the jet state diagram, the jet velocity curve, jet penetration depth diagramand the depth of curve under the three initiation ways. The results show that in the samecharge condition, among the three initiation ways, sixteen points'shock wave together morefully, the output waveform is also better and the jet is more stable. The speed of jet head is upto 10310 m/s, and the maximum penetration depth is 8 times the charge diameter, but thesixteen points'detonation time synchronization has the largest bias. The paper also simulatesthe detonation wave and depth of six multi-points with a time deviation initiation programs.The results show that within the 150ns multi-point initiation time bias has little effect on thedepth of penetration, the penetration depth of deviation between the 2.8% to 4.5%. Comparedwith the existing center initiation technology, multi-points initiation simulation results showthat the depth of penetration is greatly improving and the performance of penetration is more stable. Compare with multi-points initiation numerical simulation results and experimentalresults of multi-points network initiation, the average penetration depth error is small, bothpenetrable depth run out is smaller, the penetration power is more stable. The simulationresults show that compared with the existing center initiation technology, the use of multipointring technology plays an important role in improving the penetration power. So thepaper provides a strong technical support with the development of shaped charge.
