Hard target penetration ammunition is the key weapon to destruct the important objective. The penetration ammunition fuze is one of the key components to destroy the objective. such kind of fuse can withstand the extreme overload and make the warhead detonate at the best depth, which will help damage the objective maximumly. In accordance with the fuse`s adaptive penetration into the point of bombing,the article designs the adaptive ininerary of fuses control technology. with a kind of programmable logic device as the heart of the system. such technology meets the requirement of adaptive penetration which make the ammunition detonate at the appointed depth of the objective, the technology can realize the cooperation of the best fuse and warhead through the automatic delayed adjustment usually. the data concerning the laws in the process of the ammunition`s penetrating into hard objectives is achieved by the physical modeling tests. Taking the long period of design,the high cost into consideration,the technology depends on the modem computer simulation technology and makes the theoretical analysis of the penetration according to the theory of controlling cavity expansion and makes analysis of the penetration using the nonlinear dynamic simulation software ANSYS/LS DYNA. It gets the penetration rate,acceleration and other signals of time process and the revises the signals with the anolog output and outputs the ideal data by simulation. The data provides a theoretical guidance to the design of extreme overload tests. The article focuses on construction of the tour algorithm hardware system by use of the programmable logic device technology. The penetration itinerary involves the double borus and amounts of calculation. In order to avoid delaying the best detonating time. The core of the high speed digital signal simulating machine is a piece of FPGA which is connected with all modules hardware system. The FPGA is the Hart of controlling and exchanging data in the whole hardware system. Taking micromation,intellectualization and real-time virtue of the fuses,the scheme of the article focus on the design of selection and function. The scheme suits the complicate,situation of operation,fultiling the real-time requirement,also,it strikes the best balance among the real-time function. flexible design and the cost,which is the innovation of this article.
