In recent years, with the continuous development of the solid rocket technology in the aerospace, military and civilian areas, the overall performance of solid rocket motors have become increasingly demanding. Analysis the various factors of solid rocket motor performance, changing the practical problems into theory through mathematical modeling method and designing a reasonable ultrasound testing program and experimental device for principle of the factors and the overall characteristics of the engine, have become one of the important issues at home and abroad in this field. This paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad of the solid rocket engine ground test key technologies of ultrasound, presents a research idea to perfect by theoretical innovation and experimental feedback, put the theoretical modeling, ultrasonic testing technology, device design, hardware control, simulation and optimization system integrate into one, explore a new and effective technological means for the ultrasonic testing technology of solid rocket motor.The study and discussion of this thesis focuses on the following four aspects were:(1)The paper describes the research situation at home and abroad of ultrasonic testing of solid rocket motor, analyzes the technological bottlenecks in the field from the solid rocket technology work features and the ultrasonic testing technology, proposes a total solution.(2)The paper conducts in-depth research and analysis for the process of solid rocket motors, establishes mathematical modeling from a theoretical point of view for the various factors affecting work performance principle, in this basis, establishes zero-dimensional, one-dimensional and non-steady-state whole engine combustion model.(3)The paper Proposes dual-mode ultrasonic detection of the test program for solid rocket motor composite bonding structure, analyzes the detection principle and the feasibility, designs the ultrasonic testing device.(4)The paper designs and completes the single test device and full-size ground test platform of the ultrasonic testing of rocket engine performance, completes hardware and software design of the control side IPC, completes the simulation analysis and optimization of the test device using the finite element analysis AWE to improve the rationality and reliability of the devices design.
