| Mould is one of important technical equipment for molding the modern industrial product, and provides important equipment foundation for many the products of national economy. It not only is high degree of specialization and production intensive, but also very high technical content. In global the fierce market competition, it tends to be highly required in accuracy, quality, life and delivery. However, the level of mould production in China is low compared with foreign advanced level. Some problems are still serious, such as low the precision in process, low degree of specialization, low craft equipped level, low rate in equipment utilization, hard to ensure delivery. Therefore, robotic cell for mould manufacturing is introduced by the mould enterprise, abbreviating as mould robotic cell, that is a new form of manufacturing systems, in order to enhance product quality and delivery performance and improve core competitive power of mould enterprise with the basis in reality by the advanced manufacturing means.Using robotic cell for mould manufacturing in the mold production processing is a kind of brand-new trial. Properly scheduling and dispatching resource in robotic cell is important for improving production efficiency of the robotic cell system. This paper gave a in-depth research about mechanism, modeling and scheduling algorithm.First, in order to optimize production efficiency of established robotic cell for mould manufacturing, combined mould enterprise the real situation, this paper gave a in-depth research and analysis to mechanism. The corresponding solutions are put forward about the problems existing in the system, which lay the foundation for construction of the scheduling system.Secondly, it is difficult to schedule properly task scheduling strategy of robotic cell for mould manufacturing. Concerning analyzed content and features of task scheduling of robotic cell for mould manufacturing, a mathematical model with the optimizing targets to minimal makespan and its the overall strategy are proposed, considering the particularity of task scheduling problem of robotic cell for mould manufacturing. Again, a kind of genetic tabu hybrid optimization algorithm is designed, in order to improve the speed and efficiency of solving problems after analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of current scheduling algorithm and considered actual situation of scheduling system of robotic cell for mould manufacturing, and eventually it is achieved by programming method. The example analysis shows the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed method.Finally, system prototype of scheduling simulation of robotic cell for mould manufacturing is achieved by the software method and programming tool. This system has to be automatic sorting processing production plan and can effectively improve the function of equipment production efficiency and resources utilization. |
