Based on the item《Separated Energy-saving Lower Noise Power Plan》from Lanzhou power station & vehicle Institution, which Science and Technology department projected, starting with cooling system controlling technology, aiming at solving the inconsistency between domestic electrical power vehicle's small noise performance and air-heat, improving electrical power vehicle's performance and integrated optimization performance, on the current electrical power vehicle's base, the article introduces the structure that cooling system and generator are separated, to force the generator compartment to form a relatively airtight sound insulation system, to improve sound insulation and drop yawp's performance and cooling efficiency, and to decrease engine power loss caused by the cooling heat. At the same time, after separated with cooling system and generator, the text independently cools individual parts of engine and generator, to force engine and generator to attain high-point; owing to integral fan which at present domestic electrical power vehicle adopted were all constant speed, it lacked of enough regulating capability to cooling system. After cooling system is separated, it process with temperature control to cooling system, to achieve the heat ability of controlling and using; besides, after independently designing the cooling system, it achieves the collection and use of water heat energy, and satisfies the requirement of modern energy-saving.The article, from the following aspects, will process with traverse and design to cooling system of the current electrical power vehicle:(1)Accessing to domestic and foreign literatures, comprehensively knowing vehicle generators'cooling system and control technology research actuality, comprehensively analyzing control projects of vehicle generators'Ventilation system, and processing with the research through selecting the proper cooling system controlling project.(2)Analyzing and studying the collectivity requirement and basic requirement of separated energy-saving electrical power vehicle's cooling system, and confirming on cooling system project and fuzzy control strategy.(3)Based on the specific requirement of separated cooling system, through making use of relevant theories, designing generator compartment's ventilation system and heat system, and designing heat system's control model.(4)Based on fuzzy control theory, particularly designing control system's fuzzy controller.(5)On the basis of Laboratory studies, processing with generator test of control system, to solve installation matching, etc, to force electrical power vehicle to adapt poor working conditions, and to force generator units work at the best temperature range, accordingly prolonging the life of generator units and improving the working performance of generator units.Through designing and opening up electrical power vehicle's cooling system, matching scale between the output power of inhere electrical power vehicle and the engine power drops from 1:1.8~1:2 to 1:1.4, the space of the generator units significantly reduces, the weight abates 4% and the cost reduces 5%, the flexibility significantly steps up, and power station's yawp also drop from 98~110dB to 60~65dB and overall efficiency increase from primary 43%~50% to 75%, accordingly achieve the effect of saving interior resource to reduce the cost and increase efficiency. The security of electrical power vehicle which the article develops to produce: MTBF: 500h; MTTR:2h; the quality of product is steady. It not only achieves the aim of lightweight, miniaturization and mechanization, but also yawp technology and power performance are stepped up.
