At the same time, the internal memory of residents in Nanhu New village was correspondently on continual refreshment. This is the 30 years of Nanhu Settlement, this is the 30 years of urban planning in Nanjing, This is the 30 years of contemporary urbanization in Nanjing, this is the history which is interrelated with our everyday life. This paper takes Nanhu Settlement driving as research object, process in physical spatial refreshment of Nanhu Settlement. It tries to record the historical changes on Nanhu Settlement over the 30 years with written and pictorial descriptions. It set up a special reference points for us to read the city.
