| Suspension bridge is the most aesthetic and economic bridge type among long span bridges. In China long-span suspension bridges have made dramatically development in recent few years. Steel box and steel truss are two most common girder types for suspension bridges, among which steel truss is especially favored by the mountain areas and double-deck girder. This paper adopt Dalian Xinghai Grand Bridge as engineering background, build full bridge finite element model by ANSYS, conduct the analyze and investigation of completion state and construction of the bridge. Dalian Xinghai Grand Bridge is a three span ground anchored suspension bridge with a double-deck steel truss girder, which is a relatively rare girder type for highway suspension bridge in China.Calculated and compared the impact of different load case on structure internal force, the study reveal that the dead load has most significant impact on internal force of main cable and hangers. Discussed the necessity of parameters control during cable erection and tower construction, and calculated these parameters.By thoroughly investigate the static characteristics of steel truss suspension bridge, structure parameters such as the main cable profile, unstressed cable length and the structure internal force and displacement under different load case are obtained. Calculated and compared the impact of different load case on structure internal force, the study reveal that the dead load has most significant impact on internal force of main cable, hangers and tower. Discussed the necessity of parameters control during cable erection and tower construction, and calculated these parameters.Besides, on the basis of a given segment division of the main beam, this paper thoroughly studied the lifting process of steel truss girder, the deformation of cable profile and displacement by successive rigid connection method are also investigated. And the feasibility of method of all section are not connected is analysised. Determine the most appropriated sequences of lifting according to the results from taking-away method, which could be used as reference by construction. |
