Research And Perfect On The Test Program System Of Highway Testing Laboratory

Now in our country, large-scale highway construction requires accurate and reliable data of laboratory road testing. Laboratory proficiency perfect testing system for the road test industry is the premise to ensure that the highway testing laboratory can issued accurate test reports and to provide quality services for highway construction projects. This paper intensively studies on test program system of highway testing laboratory, which is based on two ways of laboratory ability confirmation, combining characteristics and actuality of the road test industry. Its focus is on exiting problems and main content concludes two aspects of comparison of uncertainty degree and paired comparison test. Mainly it completed the following four aspects:(1) This article reviews development course of international and domestic test program system of highway testing laboratory and introduced two ways of it. Moreover it briefly summarizes the characteristics of highway test industry and the present situation of domestic highway testing laboratory. It points out the existing deficiency of this proficiency testing system and analyses the necessity of this system.(2) According to the basic steps of uncertainty evaluation, this article respectively assessed concrete cover to concrete cover thickness tester,Servo type tiltmeter,hydraulic universal tester and its measurement uncertainty of component forces between upper and lower plates. There is a settlement about the uncertainty degree component caused by testing instruments in uncertainty degree assessment about testing results which laid a foundation of uncertainty degree.(3) The results of three testing items were selected to be carried on uncertainty degree analysis, and they are compression strength of concrete, cover of reinforcement and density of mineral powder. To help provide support for the test program system of highway testing laboratory, combining living examples, it summarizes the characteristics of uncertainty degree assessment in highway testing results and set models. It evaluated software development by way of testing uncertainty degree of the results and standardized and simplified the evaluation of it.(4) It summarized the design and organization of paired comparison tests of the mechanical properties of laminated rubber bearing, handled the result by robust technology develop processing software for Comparison results. By the study of the test results and Z-score bar diagrams, we can analyze the main factors effecting testing results and the capability of each laboratory taking in. Control ways of paired comparison tests in highway testing industries can be effectively developed and the special frame of paired comparison test can be set up.With the completion of the thesis, it can expand the range of the item which can test program of highway testing, normalized development of the item, and simplified the calculation in the test program of highway testing laboratory. The perfection of the test program system of highway testing laboratory is the premise to ensure that the highway testing laboratory can make testing results which conform to international specification and practical situation.
