Research On The Intelligent Switch Of The Distribution Network

In our country,the substation automation system has developed for more than ten years,but there are many shortcomings,such as complex connection lines between devices,poor interoperability,low utilization of data,etc.The most important factor is there is no a consistent communication standard.Due to this,the international electric committee issued the IEC61850 standard,which is the substation communication and system.The IEC61850 standard include three parts,which are information model,abstract service and specific communication service mapping.Due to the IEC61850 standard,we can make the substation more intelligent and digital.Nowsdays,due to the developing of digital substation,intelligent distribution network has becoming a trend of distribution network,during the intelligent distribution network,the IEC61850 standard can also been used.Besides,intelligent devices and the Ethernet also do work for the intelligent distribution network,such as the intelligent switch.In the traditional distribution network, the control circuit and signal circuit of switches rely on hard-wired to achieve,the link between breaker and protection equipment is also very complex,because of this,many cable lines have been wasted.Meanwhile,the control center have little awarement of the switches,such as the status of the switches.In this paper,a design suggestion have been purposed,we adopt the microcomputer to control the switches and compose corresponding programs to achieve the functions of intelligent switch,such as the upload of the switch's state,achievement of the control order,switch temperature protection, Off/closing speed measurement and remote data transmission.In order to realize Interoperability between all devices,the intelligent switch must been designed as IEC61850 protocol,such as the transmission message must conform with IEC61850 protocol.The program of intelligent switch in the paper can realize the fuctions.
