Maintaining the stablility of waste combustion is crucial to the stable and economic operation of incinerator,the insurance to waste's combustion effect and the restraint against pollution. In this paper, automatic combustion control system of incinerator is studied, considering properties of waste combustion:lag, with instable parameter and difficult to formulate a mathamatical model, a T-S fuzzy controller, according to the study of fuzzy control, based on proportional factors was proposed. At first, the role of each proportional factor is verified by experiment and an online adjusting rules are made. Then the controller recognizes the forecast output of LS-SVM and adjusts the proportional factors by the rules, finally the purpose to stablely control waste combustion is achieved. To verify the controller's ability, model simulation is studied with Matlab and the simulation results are satisfactory.The results reveals that the control ability, velocity, stability of the controller are all superior to normal PID and fuzzy control system.
