Research On Maintenance Quality Management Of Provincial And National Highways In Nanjing

In recent years, with the development of the transportation business and the construction of the road, the problem of the road maintenance is more and more important and urgent. Especially, the quality management of the arterial highway maintenance is important. Nanjing civil-province arterial highway maintenance, including the daily routine inspection in maintenance quality and evaluation of repairing quality, have not formed the quality management standard system. The studies of quality management of Nanjing civil-province arterial highway maintenance have profound theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the analysis of quality management situations about Nanjing civil-province arterial highway maintenance, the Total Quality Management modes are build applying Total Quality Management (TQM) theories. The key performance indicators are determined using the KPI theory, and the performance evaluation index systems of quality management of Nanjing civil-province arterial highway maintenance are established in this dissertation. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is applied to calculating the performance level using the practical measurement values of indicators.some conclusions are drawn and some suggestions in future are put forward through analysis by PDCA cycle.The establishment of Total Quality Management modes and performance evaluation method about Nanjing civil-province arterial highway maintenance make the quality management standard perfectly. It is helpful on the development of arterial highway maintenance, and has a very broad prospect of application.
