As the improvement of the quality of our life,automobile takes over more and more percentages of our world.But the crackle exists in some parts of a car when manufactured. Especially in the bump test of the S/R safety part--framework of the seat in the car,we find that after thousands of bump,a crackle exists in the area of strengthening rib in the seat frame. We have to study how to delay or clear up the crackle by changing the quantity of local deformation because the crackle is a big potential safety hazard for the drivers. In this article,I try to study the way to delay or eliminate the emerge of the crackle by changing the local branch of the deflection and the maximum deflection.There are an important relationship between the parameters of the dabbers and the crackle which is the main reason for the ruin of the parts of a car.Nowdays, almost all the changes of the parts of the car was lead by the expert with experiences,but which may cost much money and time.In fact,because of the high cost and long time,we can't do repeatly tests since the continuous changes of the parameters,so we need the finite element method as a assist.The finite element method can seek a optimum parameter for the bump test of a seat frame instructivly and provide a reference for the actual productive process.In this article,I ues the software of DEFORM to imitate the stamping process of seat frame which was made of 542305803 steel.In the end,I get the conclution of this stamping process,compare with the S/R of auto industry and the bump test of a seat frame,I analysised the reasons for the appearence of the crackle in the dabber.By analysising all the influences made by the technological parameters to the crackle in the dabber,I study the state of stress and meet an emergency in the area of transformation made by different depth and radius of curvature. At last,I get the regular pattern between the appearence of the crackle and the metamorphic technological parameter,and give a guidance to the productive process by combining with the pilot production.In my study, combining with the problem appreas in the factory,I try to find the relationship between the maximum deformation and the branch of them which lacation in the place where the crackle appreas and the parameters.Also,I can optimize the design parameters of the pelvis in framework of the seat in the car by finite-element analysis.The result shows that the imitated consequences of stamping parts without any optimize are similar with the actual experimental result,and the imitate consequences can be improved by optimizing the parameters.And the reslut of the simulative orthogonal test shows that in the allowable range, a low height and a bulky radius of curvature make for the delay of the crackle.
