As China's rapid economic growth and the rapid development of construction in the building structure, heavy plant, bridges, ports, offshore oil platforms, nuclear power plants and other projects in the pile more and more attention. Pile Foundation Construction in China occupies a large proportion of low cost, high capacity, construction of simple and quick hand-dug piles are also a lot of construction projects to be applied.Hand-dug pile of large-scale use in the project also showed many shortcomings, the hand-dug pile for the hidden project is difficult to directly determine the result good or bad, and foundations but also a serious impact on the quality of the upper structure of the security, so implementation and testing in the piling process, we must strictly control the quality of the pile. Forming the pile before we need to survey, design and construction process to strictly control the quality and variety of Pile Foundation Construction Safeguards; after forming the pile must be the correct and effective use all reasonable means to ensure the safety testing pile construction quality, not for the upper structure of the security of risks, as do the people's lives and property protection. This shows that the artificial drilled pile of quality control and detection technology is very important.This paper introduces the artificial filling pile in the survey phase, design phase and construction phase of the implementation process such as quality control of the main stage at home and abroad and used in engineering applications and their advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods and engineering in the conditions of use for future construction engineering test in selecting the correct construction methods and testing methods to provide reference.** District authorities in Wuhan and administrative office building project in the flat center of pile testing static load test, pile integrity testing and static pile load test the practical application in the project, through the ANSYS model to simulate pile under the action of the force The deformation characteristics and the capacity of checking analysis to identify the ANSYS model testing in artificial drilled pile problem and applicability.
