The task of collecting energy charge and the automatic management are the important parts of the electricity producing and management. Only when the energy charge is fully and timely collected can the electricity producing activities run normally, and only the power users understand the power situation timely and fully can they decrease the loss brought by abnormal power to the lowermost rate. Nowadays, it is not an easy thing to read the energy consuming data and to charge according on time. Using the prepaid mode is an effective means, but one drawback of prepaid mode is the electricity will go out suddenly when the prepaid money cost over. It will bring the enterprises and institutions many trouble, such as influence enterprise normal production and office work. Three-phase power balance issue and phase lack problem is also a big problem bothering enterprise.This system introduces the way of separating the prepaid charge controller and the power meters, fulfills the prepaid charge control. The following research work is done in this paper.Firstly, set forth the principle of Three-phase AC Wireless Prepaid Management System, the preferred control procedures are gained. Then summarize the long-distance meter reading management system, and determine the design of related remote communication.Secondly, elaborates the overall hardware design proposal of the system, and then expatiates the system based on AVR, the circuit design of RS-485 communication module, the GPRS remote communication module and so on. Lists some issues that need to pay attention to in hardware design and sums up the anti-jamming methods.Finally, the overall software design is described, including the electrical meter software design, watt-hour meter calibration software design, remote prepaid manager software design and management of computer management software design, given the corresponding software flow chart.The management system introduced in this paper works fine, it can achieve remote prepaid control, multi-rate charge accounting, long-distance meter reading, remote alarm functions and so on. Is main technical Performance reaches the expected design.
