In this paper, the author designs an equipment for auto-weighting friction or powder materials, and the core of this equipment are PLC and batching controller. This device can fulfil the weakness of the weighting of friction materials, such as dust explosion, weighing accuracy, unsatisfactory speed, inconvenient human-computer interaction. And these weakness are existing in the process of the automobile friction plate automatic production line at present. This paper attempts to discuss the project design, main structural design, major parts selection, and circuit implementation of this device, what is more, introduce some solutions about improving the weighing speed and weighing accuracy.In this paper, the author firstly analyses the existing weighing method, and proposes improvement measures, further designs a weighing system with dual-core working property. Then the author design the controlling system of this device whose nucleus is PLC and batching controller.This device is designed to focus on the high-quality, high efficiency and no pollution. And the author mainly does the following work:1. In the aspect of reducing pollution of powder materials, the author designs a vacuum loading powder device, then selects a twin screw conveyor system in the device design of feeding materials. The feeding and loading system in this equipment is sealed firmly in order to control the emission of dust in a better way.2. In the aspect of improving weighing efficiency, the author consults the former coarse-fine system, and makes an improvement:the dual-core working property. That is after finishing the rough weighing process, using pushing device to push the raw material puting cup to the opening of the process of fine weighing. Without waiting in the process of crude weighing process, next weighing cycle is directly went out. The two processes of coarse and fine weighing are simultaneously underway so as to avoid the shortcomings of weighing efficiency which impact the whole system during the process of fine weighing. By this way, the efficiency and the practicality of the weighing equipment has been greatly improved.3. In the aspect of improving weighing accuracy, this paper analyses the source of error in common weighing system, does analysis and calculation on air remainder in the weighing process, builds a mathematical model for weighing system, and introduce a learning approach which is fit for the same system characteristics, running with high repeatability iteration. What is more, the common hardware anti-jamming measures are introduced as well.4. The GM8806A1 batching controllers from Shenzhen General Mesure Technologu Co. Ltd. enquiry the formula and modify the module. The main parameters of the query and modifying the module achieve a good human-computer interaction function.
