Bearings are bending machines, shears the main working parts, due to the long time rotating at high speed and high stress abrasion, wear and tear of bearings very quickly. Traditional casting methods of bearing exposed a series of problems in the process of using such as apt shrinkage defects and low density. In order to solve these problems, bimetal with squeeze casting technique used as the process for critical steel castings of bearing was put forward in this paper, to increase bearing life and reduce their production costs. This study to Q11-6.3×2000-type bearings for the object, choose from the bearing specifications, structural design, mold design, squeeze casting technology and other aspects of the systematic experimental and theoretical study.Putting up heat transfer analysis according to the structural features of bearing, and according to the above heat transfer analysis and assumptions, using the radial system of a one-dimensional heat transfer and thermal resistance analysis method, build a mathematical model under service conditions of temperature rise in the calculation and design of lining thickness of bearing.In the process of direct squeeze casting of bearing, the forming quality could be influence by the mould preheating temperature, operation and temperature of liquid metal pouring and so on. Through coordinating the parameter above all can avoid the cold-lap porosity and folding defects. In addition, the quantity and distribution of the porosity of bearing could be effect by the coating dry degree..The paper include the process design 200t per month of direct squeeze casting of bearing, equipment selection and mold design. In this process, the temperature of the liquid metal pouring is 1200℃, the time of the continuous of pressure is 5s, the temperature of mould preheating is 180-200℃, steel layer warm-up temperature is 600℃, the forming pressure is 340t, the highest temperature of furnace is 1300℃, the weight of maximum melting is 159Kg. the mold structure has been simplified by using bend off and stripping institutions.
