Research On The Interior Design Of Real Estate Sales Center

In recent years, China real estate industry is growing rapidly , along with it is the continuous growth of the related architectural design industries the development. Using Sales Center to display, guide, negotiate and contract, has become an important sales way to the developers, sales center interior design plays a very important role on operating real estate companies.The development of real estate in Pearl River Delta region has been in the forefront of China, and its Sales Center interior design is relatively more mature. In this case, the paper take the sales center interior design in Pearl River Delta region as the study object, and try to analyze the process of sales center interior design.Currently, there are a lot of books and works about sales center interior design, but the related theory study is few in our country, the study starting from the background of real estate development, to discuss the characteristics, class, status of the development process and issues about it; and put forward suggestions from the perspective of sales of real estate. Based of the background study in front, the paper probe into the interior design and the concept of sales center. The study includes pre-interior design, project site planning and architectural design, layout of functional areas, streamline organizations, interior spatial organization and interface design, visual arts environmental design (includes lighting, color, texture, soft decorative, green, advertising logo); and the vision of post transformation and management of the sales center. Finally, combined my actual design work cases, and comparative analysis of other cases, I analyzed its significance, feasibility, implementation, and put forward suggestions and conduct research.
