PEV has the advantages of zero emission and undependent on oil, is favored by most of vehicle companies, is the main target of future development.The biggest difference between PEV and conventional vehicles is:The fuel is replaced by battery and the internal-combustion engine is replaced by motor. Driving control system as the core of PEV has the function of energy conversion and control. How to detect actual status of vehicle and convert electricity to kinetic energy will influence the performance and security of PEV. The subject based on the engineering project of PEV "the research of test car of PEV" researched the Driving Control System. Designing and producing PEV's driving controller for "Li Shan LS6600C1". The main jobs of this thesis are:1. Put forward driving control system design proposal. The PEV system is divided into three parts:Driving control system; Power system; Auxiliary system. The main jobs are design and choose for:Motor; Drive Circuit; Power Components; MCU.2. Driving control system modeling. Based on dynamic model of traditional vehicle and the mathematical model of permanent magnet dc motor establish mathematical model of driving control system. Using actual driver circuit parameters for modeling, mathematical model that permanent magnet dc motor driving car as controlled object, speed closed-loop PID control strategy as controlling method, driving control system is simulated in the environment of simulink. The simulation result shows good following performance and robustness.3. Controller hardware design. Use "Freescale" MC9S12DG128 16-bit single chip to design and produce the PEV controller. Use "single point in ground" and "charger-optical coupler" to solve interference problem. Adopt digital circuit design method to produce a PWM signal control and protect circuit. Use "isolated amplifier" to realize the voltage signal isolation measurement. Adopt "hysteresis comparator" to realize the signal measurement of magnetic velocity transducer.4. Controller software design. Adopt modularization program design ideas, the software system is divided into:Main mould; Anomaly detection and processing module; Data acquisition and processing module; Driving control module; Speed measurement module; Communication module. Main realize:Controller self-test; Vehicle speed and motor speed M/T method measurement; PWM signal of the closed-loop control.
