The composite girders with concrete filled tubular flange is composed by steel-concrete composite structure and concrete filled tubular structures.The common joist steel-concrete composite beams are easily to buckle and there is longitudinal sliding between the pure encased structures and bridge panel, and anymore, the concrete filled tubular structures increased the composite structure's weight. To change this status, we put forward rectangular steel tube-concrete composite girder (SCCG) who combine the advantages of the two structure. One girder is with a flat web (SCCG-1), and the other is with a corrugate web (SCCG-2), both of them have a concrete deck.Currently,both here and abroad,the new type of composite beams study is rare. Based on the static bending test Of the two composite beams, the bending behavior of the composite beams have been researched. What's more, the data of the composite beams has been analyzed numerically and theoretically. All of the work make the foundation of further study and application of a real bridge.This article mainly research such items:1.Two experiment has been done to research the bending behavior of the two specimens:SCCG-1 and SCCG-2. During the tests, the phenomena of the experiment were recorded. After all of that, the data of the tests were analysed in detail.2. The finite element model was built with ANSYS, the result of the test and the analysis by finite element model was compared, and the finite element mode was modified. And then, finite element model was researched the again through change some of the parameters.3. The simplified bending formula was supplied and the result was compared with the test and the finite element model.4.The composite girder with a flat web is used to be a true bridge and compared with the common joist steel, the mechanical property of both of them are researched.
