Concrete-filled steel tube (CFST) is most used as member subjected to compression at present. The excellent mechanical behavior and the seismic capacity are obtained and observed, compared with the reinforced concrete columns and steel columns. But few on member subjected to bending moment and composition of the main structure. CFST bearing compression bending and eccentric bending is common in the actual project. Therefore, study on member subjected to the mechanical behavior and a work characteristic is necessary, and providing the experimental and theoretical basis is useful to promote.Six width-thickness ratio b/t>55 CFST beams subjected to bending moment are tested for this paper. Bearing capacity, deformation behavior, ductility and the parameters of the mechanical behavior Such as height -width ratio, width-thickness ratio and material strength are analyzed. CFST beams with good mechanical behavior and deformation capacity are obtained and observed, the development of plastic deformation is quite good. The main factors of affecting such beams behavior are height -width ratio, width-thickness ratio and material strength. At the same time the force of the beam process is analyzed using push-over function of SAP2000, and program results agree well with experimental resultsCFST beam structures have good mechanical behavior and further research and promote the use of value through the experimental research and analysis.
