First of all, it studies the material design methods from the material composition design specifications, material gradation theory, mixture forming methods and Mixed agents; secondly, it studies the void and coefficient permeability of the Skeleton-pore Cement Stabilized Aggregate; also studies the relationship and factors between the void and coefficient permeability. Finally, it studies the mechanical properties, frost resistance and fatigue properties of the Skeleton-pore Cement Stabilized Aggregate; also obtains intensity variation, variation of antifreeze, fatigue life diagram with different doses of cement, different SBR latex content and different fly ash content.
