By the end of 2010, expressway has made rapid development in China, there are 7.41 million kilometers expressway,and it has reached the second place in the world. Along with the gradual improvement of expressways network, expressways administration work focus will gradually turned from large-scale construction road network to conserve, rebuild, maintainment and improve the existing road network, Therefore, it is very important significance for establishment of pavement maintenance management system and solvemet of the contradiction of maintenance funds.Therefore, this dissertation focused on he pavement performance evaluation method and the prediction model based domestic and foreign pavement management system with consideration of shaanxi province. The contributions are as follows:First, a present evaluation methods of pavement performance is proposed, and divide it into ten states of the roads. The method generate road evaluation index data based the measured data, based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, by calculating each single index attribute measure formula, and evaluating index data by this formula, then generating evaluation matrix, using custom evaluation rules for the evaluation matrix of pavement performance to evaluate pavement performance level.Second, a present evaluation model of pavement performance is proposed with consideration of shaanxi province, prediction model has the small error and computer low difficult by conputer. This method of Weibull distribution forecasting model based on BP neural network predictive model and, gray theory predictive mechanism and error analysis, through the comparative study, think Weibull distribution forecasting model as pavement performance prediction model is feasible.Third, a present system structure of pavement information system development is proposed, and solve enjoying large data together between the different places, visual display and security problems. This system can satisfy requirements by using a distributed database, network geographic information system and B/S architecture.Finally, applications of the contribution in Shaanxi province pavement maintenance support information system are given.
