| Guangdong is located in subtropical monsoon climatic region with the characteristic of perennial high temperature and rich rain. With the rapid development of economic, the traffic volume is keeping rising and overloading has become a common phenomenon. In this condition, the disease of the bridge deck pavement is serious. According to the structural characteristics and application conditions of concrete beam bridge in Guangdong area, this paper carries out the research on optimization of composite bridge deck pavement materials. This has great theoretical and practical significance for improving the service performance and life of bridge deck pavement.On the basis of thorough investigation and analysis on climate, traffic conditions and the types and causes of bridge deck pavement in Guangdong, this paper researches on hydrodynamic behavior and the bridge deck pavement materials optimization design. This paper profoundly analyzes the generation mechanism of the beam bridge pavement layer damage in hydrodynamic behavior damage aspect, and uses the Multifunctional Asphalt Mixture Dynamic Seepage Tester developed by us to do experimental study on dynamic permeability control index:Dynamic Permeability Coefficient. Based on the traditional grading theory, the Vibrocompacted Grading Design Method and Multilevel Interlocked Anti-shear Grading Design method concerning material optimization are proposed, also added Dynamic Permeability Coefficient and Dynamic Stability to determine the mixture asphalt content. Besides, based on horizon functions of bridge deck pavement, the waterproof VAC-13 and anti-rutting MIAC-20 optimization of asphalt mixture that mixed with glass fiber are optimally designed, and its mechanical and road performance are tested.Finally, combining the characteristics of concrete bridge deck pavement in Guangdong area, the researches on construction technology and quality control of the glass fiber asphalt mixture are carried out. And the social economic benefits are also analyzed. The result shows that it has high performance-price ratio and remarkable economic and social benefit. And it is suitable for wide application in Guangdong area. |
