In this thesis, concrete is prepared using natural sand, pebble, fly ash, slag, water reducing agent and air-entraining agent etc. from Xinjiang region as constituents. The influence of changing factors, such as water binder ratio, contents of fly ash and slag, percentage of sand, coarse aggregate gradation etc. on Panel concrete performance is studied, by concrete mixture slump test, concrete mixtures basic mechanical property test, concrete mixtures drying shrinkage test, concrete mixtures plastic shrinkage test and concrete mixtures thermal physical parameter test. The main research contents are as follows:(1) By determining the basic mix proportion using assuming apparent density method, the preparation theory of face slab concrete is analyzed. In the tests, the test mixing ratio is determined by orthogonal test designs table with four different water binder ratios, four different fly ash contents, four different slag contents, four different sand percentage and four different coarse aggregate gradations.(2) Concrete mixture slump test is conducted. According to the test results, the influence rule of changing factors, such as water binder ratio, contents of fly ash and slag, percentage of sand and coarse aggregate gradation on the work performance of concrete mixture is obtained by orthogonal regression experimental design method. And the effect level of different parameters are analyzed and compared as well.(3) Concrete mixture basic mechanical property test of different maintenance periods, such as 3d, as well as 7d, 14 d, 28 d, is performed. According to the test results, the influence laws, as well as the influence degree, of changing factors on the basic mechanical property of concrete are studied by orthogonal regression experimental design method.(4) Concrete mixture drying shrinkage test of different maintenance periods, such as 3d, as well as 7d, 14 d, 28 d, is performed. According to the test results, the influence rule of changing factors on the drying shrinkage of concrete by orthogonal regression experimental design method is obtained. And the effect level ofdifferentfactorsiscomparedalso.(5)concretemixtureplasticshrinkagetestisconducted.accordingtotheresults,theinfluenceruleofchangingfactors(waterbinderratio,contentsofflyashandslag,percentageofsand,coarseaggregategradation)onplasticshrinkageofconcreteisanalyzedbyorthogonalregressionexperimentaldesignmethod.andtheinfluencedegreeofdifferentfactorsisresearched,too.(6)concretemixturethermalphysicalparametertestisperformed.basedontheresults,theinfluenceruleofchangingfactors(waterbinderratio,contentsofflyashandslag,percentageofsand,coarseaggregategradation)onthermalphysicalparameterofconcreteisobtainedbyorthogonalregressionexperimentaldesignmethod.andtheimpactextendofdifferentfactorsisalsocomparedandanalyzed.
