Gear-box as the gearbox support components, carrying all kinds of transmission system, the complex load will often got such a torsional strength, bending and impact, so the common function of the intensity and rigidity requirement is very high. If constantly by increasing the body's geometry size to enhance the safety factor of the box, so that the weight of the body will significantly increase, resulting in more material waste, but also reduce the overall performance of the car. Transmission is the main component in auto transmission system, one of the acting on the system of incentive makes gearbox created complex vibration, the vibration of the vehicle must necessarily, affecting the vibration noise of vehicle performance car. The dynamic characteristics of transmission of simulation and experimental research, design and manufacture can reduce the cost and the antivibration noise reduction for transmission provides theoretical basis. Therefore, the dynamic characteristics of transmission of simulation and research has the extremely vital significance.This papers to the modal simulation and vibration noise test and signal processing as the center, combined with a heavy vehicle transmission to the dynamic characteristics of research. Gearbox Taking a heavy vehicle transmission as experimental object, which the finite element modal simulation analysis; According to the actual condition fault mechanism transmission and vibration characteristics, design the vibration and noise test system, for the collected vibration and noise signal PSD analysis and transfer function analysis, and combines the estimate of gear meshing frequency in PSD distributions of analysis curves, to study the dynamic characteristics of the gearbox.Results show that modal simulation analysis points out the transmission design weak area, and for its structure optimization design provides a basis for transmission, the study of dynamic characteristics have very important significance; Vibration and noise signal PSD analysis and transfer function estimates analysis are two research gearbox effective method of dynamic characteristics.
