The Current State And Countermeasures Of Domestic Waste Disposal In Small Towns

With the development of economic and the enlarging environmental sense of people, waste disposal have been become the urgent problem in comprehensive development of town, so we must pay attention to the current state and countermeasures of domestic waste, in order to protect residents'Better Environmental Right. Better Environmental Right isn't a public law concept, but it is closely related to people's life, what is means the right people own to have a better survival and ecological environment. How the current state of waste disposal in the towns of china? What causes it? How many laws were passed on the waste disposal? Is there any legal gap? The above is discussed and tried to solve in this paper.In this paper, the method of paper research and talking are used to get the data, and take the small town Shenqiu of Henan province as example. I take various types of representative to get the fully situation of local domestic waste disposal and to know their attitude and wishes on domestic waste disposal.The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part reveals the present situation on waste disposal in Shenqiu, Henan province. In this part, I analyze some aspects what can reflect domestic disposal, including indigents, collection and acquaintance, etc, of domestic waste. Though the data I can get the result:the existed waste collection and disposal cannot adapt to the demand of small towns completely, and to some extents, it affects residents living.The second part explores the causes of unreasonable aspects of domestic defuse disposal. We can see from the institutional level and the level of legal awareness to reveal the reasons. All the analyses primarily are based on the research data and talking. The third part states some suggestions to improve the legal constitution on domestic waste disposal in small towns. First, raise the environmental and right awareness of society as whole by educating; Then, improve the related laws and regulations; At last, strengthen legal supervision and remedies system.
