The losses in floods are the biggest part of the losses in all natural disasters of the world now. The threat of torrents is the biggest one in all kinds of flood disasters. There are a lot of mountains in our country. Not only hazards caused by torrents are becoming greater and greater, but also losses caused by torrents are more and more. Torrents will make negative effect on the economic development in mountain area, and slow down the rate of people getting rich.According to statistics, the people killed by torrents are 75% of people killed in floods. The defense of torrents is the outstanding problem which should be resolved as soon as possible. There is not fixed criterion in the process of houses'construction. Therefore, most of rural buildings will collapse when the torrent is coming. The data measured in rural building flood impact test was dealt with according the characteristics of the flood impact. The impact load of torrent was simulated by computer. According to real-time interaction between Graphics and data, some effects on rural building which have been made by mutative parameters will be reflected.According to routing test of flood and rural building flood impact test results, the visualization study of flood impact load has been done and rural building flood impact system has also been established. In the process of visualization study and establishing system, object-oriented technology, MFC and OpenGL in VC have been used basing on window development platform. Therefore, some significant features and results could be extracted from complex data.The one-dimensional flood routing model which was derived from explicit difference scheme of Saint-Venant equations was used in this article. Dynamic simulation of the flood routing model was made on Customers area with the help of graphics features of MFC. Three-dimensional model has been established by parameters which were entered through the dialog box. In the process of modeling, not only characteristics of building structures have been Consideration, but also MFC framework and the OpenGL graphics technology have been used. Then a three-dimensional display of rural building flood impact model has also been made. The distribution of physical quantities on flood impact model could be showed with an appropriate way. In the process of display, not only the image could be narrowed and enlarged, but also observation position can be changed. Apart from that, a friendly man-machine interactive interface has been realized. The numerical analysis has become much easier with the help of display on flood impact model and results.A lot of diffuse loads measured in test were regular grid according to rural building flood impact text. Take full advantage of GDI drawing functions under MFC. The process of generating pressure contours has been discussed. Contour tracking was been done under the situation of Rectangular grid established. The pressure contour could be done after drawing and filling. In the document window of MFC, two-dimensional graphic display of displacement and stress on rural building has been done with finite element program and hybrid programming method. According to real-time interaction between Graphics and data, some effects on rural building which have been made by mutative parameters will be reflected. Uniform between shape and value, In terms of impact load and deformation values, would also become true.
