In fact, the problem of island information has been becoming one of the main obstacles of automatic development of information of domestic power system. Now our problems in dire need of solving is how to conformite the system progressively under the prerequisite of guaranteeing the investment utility of the existing software and hardware to the maximum extent.The basic data of the electric network is needed by the overwhelming majority applications. In order to realize the merger of the automated system of the whole electric information , we should structure the platform of the basic electric network information at first.
