Thus , it can establish the favorable foundation to realize the merger of the automated system of electric information , and even realize the digital electric network finally.The thesis witch consults such relevant international standards as IEC 61970 , IEC 61968 CIM and combines the target -oriented electric wire netting CIM with information of the figure and space geographical information forms the so-called" basic information model of visual electric wire netting ".With the advanced distributed systematic model, it classifies the electric network equipment (facilities )adopting the object-oriented thought and method , analyses the data model of the electric network equipment (facilities ), has described the function and solution of electric network basic information platform based on the background of the figure , has designed and realized the basic information platform of electric network, and has improved and put forward one's own imagination to development in the future of this platform .This system which based on various kinds of intuitionistic figures (including geographical picture , electric wiring diagram , network chart etc. ) can realize the visual integrative management high-efficiently , intuitively , practically to the whole network system, have the maintenance function of the figures and data, and can offer the basic information service of electric network that operated the interface on the basis of the standard data to the application program by way of customer / the server. With the whole figure visual support, the functions such as inquiring , localization of fault , maintenance , patrol and so on can be realized more conveniently and effectively.
