The use of traditional internal combustion engine brought us serious environmental pollution and oil crisis, in order to solve these problems, hybrid electric vehicle have the advantages of both the traditional internal combustion engine and pure electric vehicles, and become increasingly popular. Hybrid electric vehicle consist of the engine, motor and battery, in this paper, we have used the technology which including an integrated starter/generator system, and this is an internationally recognized, future vehicles' technology.it very suitable for the present and future to improve economic efficiency and vehicle emission.This paper use an ISG type hybrid vehicle as the research object, focusing on this type of hybrid electric vehicle's control strategy simulation and the development of technology. First, introduce the structure of hybrid electric vehicles and the classification of hybrid by degree of mixing. Confirm the design proposal which is parallel-type, mild hybrid of this paper. Secondly, for the definite proposal, a brief description of the general control strategy research, and bring up the basic parameters of this car based on experiences. Thirdly, according to the simulation parameters, based on the software ADVISOR to simulate the dynamical perform and fuel economy of this car. Finally, detailed introduction the control strategy and strategy model of the HCU, MCU and BMU, and describes the rapid prototyping by using dSPACE in practical work.Simulation results show that the chosen parameters can lead the dynamical perform and fuel economy to achieve a reasonable results. Because the limit of time, the control strategy model in this paper doesn't verify very well, but the finished practical vehicle, which use the control strategies studied in this paper. It can basically meet the design objectives. This paper also gives some direction of subsequent improvements.
