ABSTRACT:BAS applies communication, computer, industrial control, network, software and others. The main role of BAS is to automatically monitor and manage station ventilation, air conditioning equipment, plumbing equipment, escalators, lighting, passenger-oriented and others, and control the lighting system, disaster prevention system. etc. These ensure that the metro environment achieves national standards.In this paper, take the project of some metro line in Beijing (called Line M in the following). Firstly, present the history, the current situation, the background significance and the basic structure of BAS at home and abroad. Secondly, analyze project profiles and requirements of BAS from monitoring objects, the function of monitoring objects and BAS functions. The design basis and principles are also listed. Thirdly, propose the network of the whole line, the structure program of station-level system and field-level system in accordance with the metro specification after analyzing the performance requirements of BAS. Next, the interfaces are designed. In software part, solve the communication of BAS with the intelligent low voltage system, chillers and EPS. The rights program of alarming, operations of maintenance terminals and monitoring stations, and system privileges are proposed. Analyze functions of the software after configuring controllers, maintenance workstations and maintenance terminals. Then, select the appropriate system equipment according to the subway environment characteristic, equipment mainly includes controllers, communication modules, power modules, media converters, sensors, etc. Eventually, summarize the work done.The design innovation is that the ventilation & air-conditioning in public area and the tunnel ventilation system are integrated. The idle equipment and the area of machine rooms are reduced. Automatic wind coolers are instead of combined air-conditioning units so that space of machine rooms and consumption are saved.The disaster operation can start quickly to ensure staff safe and reduce damage when the disaster occurs. Now the comfort of Metro environment and level of Metro automatic operation both get improved, energy efficiency and safety also get guaranteed. The project complies with the design ideas. The program is reasonable and consistent with the craft requirements and design specifications. |
