| With the rapid development of the national communications construction, the railway constructions have gradually turned towards vertical and deep development. Especially the high-speed railway had been built in many areas in recent years which would propose a new challenge on the design and construction of train station. So the technology of design and construction of train station needs be optimized and improved.Based on the new Badaling underground station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou intercity railway engineering background, this paper will mainly study structural optimization of Badaling underground station with cross-section of the binocular tunnels. Main tasks are as follows:(1) The design theory and construction methods of similar projects domestic and international and underground stations are briefly summarized, furthermore, summarizing the current popular methods of underground structures optimization, which will provide reference and instruction for design and construction of the station;(2) Through the geological survey in the Badaling underground station, and combined with the results of field trial and in-house test, This paper evaluated Badaling underground station's geological conditions and rock characteristics, which established the basis for the correct numerical simulation work;(3) Based on three-dimensional numerical simulation and analysis of the whole process of the separated two-tube tunnel structure excavation, revealed characteristics of stress field, characteristics of displacement field, plastic zone of surrounding rock without any support structure, which provide evidence to define specific program of the structural optimization;(4) Use orthogonal testing design to study structural optimization of Badaling underground station with cross-section of the binocular tunnels, and in virtue of software ABAQUS to simulate these numerical model under different test programs;(5) Range analysis and variance analysis of the results of the orthogonal test are by employing software MATLAB, and obtain the optimum scheme. For validating the feasibility of the optimal scheme further by analyzing the mechanical properties of the structure under the scheme;This thesis aims to the characteristics of new Badaling underground station of Beijing-Zhangjiakou intercity railway, obtaining the optimum scheme of the station through numerical simulation and optimization analysis. This will provide reference and guidance to the design and construction of Badaling underground station and similar projects. |
