| The Shift Control Mechanism of Mechanical Transmission is a vector to achieve man-machine-interaction. At present, there is too much complains in the domestic market of Mechanical Transmission for it is too difficult to shift. This seriously affected the image of automotive manufacturers in the hearts of consumers. With regards to this, they are not hesitating to input large amounts of capital to try to solve shift performance problems of Mechanical Transmission, and finally, they will create a comfortable, safe and enjoyable driving environment for the driver and the passengers. Therefore, all of the designs and tests must obey the previous requirements as a ultimate goal to adjust, improve and modify.Consumers have more and more high expectations on the security and comfort of the car. Leading the car toward to the direction of more efficient, more safe and more comfortable. Therefore, car manufacturers have urgent need to concentrate all energy on solving problems of the shift performance, in order to improve the quality and reputation of their brands. Due to the current domestic Transmission Shift Performance Evaluation is still in its infancy, this article attempts to find new ways for shift performance evaluation methods and evaluation indexes, in addition, a large number of comparative tests data to validate the usefulness of the methods.First, this paper started the study for the Shift Control System. By the analysis for the shift positioning pattern and the shifting operation mechanical model, studied the reason on excessive shift stroke and too big gap in the gear position. And studied the influence with the changing parameters of the shift control mechanism for the selection performance.Secondly, with establishing and analyzing the work process of Inertial Lock Ring Synchronizer, this article went on to calculate the corresponding characteristic indexes. Analyzed that the changes of the structural parameters of the synchronizer had effect on the driver to sense shift force and shift time and so on. Also described the synchronizer may result impact and noise from the working process, and because of these things to affect the following subjective and objective evaluation.Furthermore, this article made a detailed description on the shift performance of Subjective Evaluation and Objective Testing Evaluation. Described what had more influence on the shift comfort of the driver, as the design of the shift pattern, the subjective evaluation of ergonomics, etc. And finally summarized the Subjective Evaluation form for the shift performance used in this subject. In addition, by researching and analyzing a large number of comparative testing data for foreign mature models and domestic own models in this paper, combined with mechanical properties of the shift system, found that under the same experimental conditions, the testing results of foreign models are better than the domestic independent models. Therefore, determined the methods can be used to evaluate the Mechanical Transmission Shift Performance.There is a brief introduction of the independent development of the shift performance testing equipment to maintain the subject proceed smoothly at the end of the article. Among the shift lever movement space model and the displacement calculation formula model, the shifting displacement calculating formula was derived, by repeating calibration of the equipment, eventually eliminate the impact of the equipment installation, then obtain the better applicability of the displacement solution formula.The shift performance testing equipment introduced in this paper provides the new research method and approach to study the transmission shift performance. The whole idea is a new attempt to evaluate Mechanical Transmission Shift Performance. With the cooperation of a domestic Automobile Plant in this project, by the theoretical analysis of the shift system model and the Subjective and Objective Evaluation of the actual vehicle shift performance, preliminary sorting out the subjective and objective methods can be used to evaluate shift performance of the mechanical transmission, and when applied to the comparative analysis of the real car at home and abroad, the effect is obvious.Based on the studies of Subjective and Objective Evaluation for the shift performance, preliminarily achieve the target to establish system-level evaluation, and look forward to finally complete the system-level evaluation and mapping of component-level evaluation, also implement the purpose of feedback between component-level evaluation and the structural components, guiding the manufacturers to complete design revision and improvement. |
