The state of urban rail infrastructure is of great significance to the operation of the subway. With the rapid development of subway transportation in Beijing, a large number of new lines subway are in urgent need of rapid and accurate equipments which are capable of detecting the sate of infrastructure. Comprehensive detection road rail vehicle is used to achieve the comprehensive detection of subway infrastructure, which is comprised of multiple detection systems.However, they are independent of each other, without uniform time and space and other information. Further more, it is not convenient to manage the detection data of all systems. Meanwhile, it needs to match the detection data of infrastructure state according to the mileage,which prepares for the analysis of subway infrastructure state trends. Therefore, the study on precise location and comprehensive synchronization system is of great significance for the comprehensive detection road-rail vehicle, in terms of subway infrastructure detection.Synchronization system, with the multi-thread technology, achieves collection and preservation of multi-sensor data from FPGA data acquisition card and serial communication port. The system sends the data in fixed format to each vehicle detection system through the field bus network, which provide unified time, mileage, speed, body attitude change, the latitude and longitude, and other information. Every time, synchronization system obtains the characteristic curve of rail profile through the AR4000 laser sensor and speed sensor. By the correlation algorithm, it achieves the precise location among the different test start points for the same subway line, which prepares for the analysis of subway infrastructure state trends. Comprehensive system share data with each vehicle detection system through local area network.Meanwhile, the system displays the detection data from other vehicle detection systems and generates the report of infrastructure state.The paper describes the overall structure and realization of the precise location and comprehensive synchronization system. It emphases the multi-sensor data acquisition and processing, transmission of synchronization information, solutions and algorithms of precise location, design and realization of comprehensive system software. Meanwhile, it introduces the system application instance in lab environment.
