The craft decision-making is the first step for the production technology preparation, which also is the bridge between product design and product manufacturing. Decision-making of the craft is the main basis for design of processing equipment and process routine, and directly impacts organization production, production quality assurance, the enhancement labor productivity, the reduction production cost, the reduction production cycle and the improvement work condition and so on. Therefore the craft decision-making is key work in production.Aiming at the techological decision of box-type parts on machining center at one-time clamping, the following work is finished: Processing scheme optimization choice is studies, and the techological decision information is obtained to get prepared processing scheme aggregation through feature-knowledge hybrid modal based on relational models, and optimizating the prepared processing scheme aggregation to get reasonable processing scheme. The whole cutting-tools are optimizated, and the reasonable cutting-tool is chose by processing scheme and characteristic information of box part. A genetic algorithm based on constraint model is studied to sequence workingsteps, and the mathematical model is built by sequencing principles are taked the assistant machining time as the optimization object. A constraint model is built using contour matrixes in polychromatic sets theory. Through the constraint model, the restrictions are formalized visually.The article is designed for the techological decision Box Part system, which makes for CAPP processing design. The system is designed in platform CAXA, and uses Visual C++ 6.0 as development language. System is based on Windows XP operating system, using Microsoft Access database to manage the data, with a friendly user interface.
