The Effect Of Renewable Energy Development On State Grid Management System

Energy is not only the basic driving force of the whole world development and economic growth, but also the base of human being existence. Along with the deterioration of the environment pollution and the energy crisis, to realize the sustainable development, renewable energy has become the focus of attention of global energy boundary and the main impetus of revolution. The development of new energy is considered as the fourth technology revolution for global change after the development of steam engine, electric, informatization. This report firstly introduces the development trend of renewable energy technology and the situation of renewable energy such as the wind, solar, biomass energy, geothermal energy and ocean energy, in the major countries of the world.The development of renewable energy technologies will put forward higher request for our future power grid, thus the development of the power grid management system also needs to adapt to unceasing progress gradually, ensuring the safety, stability and economic operation of power grid and providing basic guarantee for national economic and social development. Based on the above reasons, this report aims to analyze the impact of renewable energy development on our power grid management system based on new situation requirement, the basic characteristics and economic technical properties of the renewable energy, and discuss how to establish and improve power grid management system which supports and promotes renewable energy strategy, using the international experience and practice of the development of renewable energy for reference.The development of renewable energy in different countries differ in thousands ways, and the corresponding control measures are also diverse, but they are chosed from their reality. Today, most of the countries in the world are making structural adjustment in the electric power industry, unloosening power generation, graduallythe retail electricity market, and building overall competitive markets. Accompanying the market reorganization and structure adjustment, the development of renewable energy has been gradually transiting from the early simple government policy support pattern to the green electricity market mechanism model.In view of the development characteristics of renewable energy in China and experiences in the renewable energy of development and grid system abroad, we must adjust measures to local conditions, construct strong and smart grid system using high-voltage network as core, promote the acceptability of grid for large-scale intermittent power and the distributing renewable power, and improve optimized allocation of resources in much greater scope and scale. In terms of the management of power transmission, distribution and sale, the current incorporate system should be continued and improved. In terms of power planning, central planning and local planning must be unity and harmonious, grid planning and power planning are also harmonious,etc.
