With economic development, demands for energy conservation increase Energy consumption in the construction industry is huge, while fly ash is endangering the environment. Many studies have confirmed that, in the preparation of high strength concrete, concrete that mixed with a certain amount of fly ash can play to improve the work performance. The rapid development of computer has driven numerical finite element method used in engineering applications, and ABAQUS is one of the most advanced international finite element analysis software. Using finite element software, ABAQUS can improve product design accuracy and precision, improve product development efficiency and save cost and energy consumption of product design. In all areas of the world, ABAQUS have been widely used. Therefore, the use of ABAQUS software, refer to the experimental data for finite element numerical simulation, help fly ash concrete for the promotion and apply great engineering significance.First, introduce how to establish concrete model in the ABAQUS. determine the constitutive model of concrete and steel selection, cell division and the establishment of a finite element model. And with a simple example and numerical simulation of reinforced concrete structure parts verified the finite element model.Secondly, with the experimental data, it carry out the numerical simulation of reinforced concrete structures with 10%,18% and 25% fly ash. The analyzed results of numerical simulation are compared with the experimental data.Ultimately, prestressed reinforced concrete structures with fly ash are numerically simulated, that are based on the numerical simulation of reinforced concrete structures with fly ash mentioned above. Calculated results can be in good agreement with the experimental data, and the load- strain curve can be consistent trends, indicating that the numerical simulation of engineering problems by ABAQUS finite element software is reliable.
