The significance of auto parts is aimed at repairing old parts and re-using waste, so it could save raw materials, energy and manpower which are used for the manufacture of new parts. However, the traditional repair technique is insufficient to achieve the desired results. This paper is based on special repair technique----room temperature cold welding remelting technology and inverse pulse electrobruch plating technology, and studies the feasibility of the applications in the auto parts repairing.At first, this paper discusses the auto parts repair technology development and current situation at home and abroad, in-depth analysis the friction and wear mechanisms of the form of common wear parts, summary and analysis the common method of the auto parts repairing and advanced technology used in the auto parts repairing, give the principle of technology choice in auto parts repairing. This paper focused on the application of room temperature cold welding remelting technology and reverse-pulse plating technology in shaft parts repairing. Sample from the parts which repaired by room temperature cold welding remelting technology, then observe metal graphics of the prepared metallographic grinding, analyze the situation of tissue changes after parts repaired. And then test the hardness changes, summarize the general law of room temperature cold welding remelting technology. Observed surface morphology of parts repaired by inverse pulse electrobruch plating technology, then detected and analyzed its hardness and bond strength.Experimental studies showed that various performances of parts which repaired by room temperature cold welding remelting technology and inverse pulse electrobruch plating technology have been improved. If this two technologies were applied in auto parts repair, it will greatly facilitate the development of auto parts repair. |
