Research On The Parking Planning And Greening Planning In Urban Residential

In recent years, with the improving of the resident average income, a lot of common families began to buy cars. The cars make people's life more convenient, but they also bring the traffic and environmental problems to people. Most of the private cars parked in the residential for a long time. With the rapid popularization of the cars, the parking problem is very prominent, because the supply of residential parking growth rate is smaller than the growth rate of the cars. In the urban construction planning, new buildings'parking spaces is more and more important, especially the high-grade residential. Meanwhile, people have higher requirements on the green environment of the residential. So, residential planning and design have to solve the parking problems, without affect the green area, landscape and the living environment.In this paper, the research object is residential parking and green. Based on the survey analysis data and research experience in related fields all over the world, it summarize the parking planning methods in the residential and it's characteristics and applications. Then it gives some suggestions of the green space planning of settlements in the green coverage rate of green to distinguish, and summarize a variety of ways of combination between the parking and the green space. It also explore the land use rate for residential parking and green, propose the issues that how to balance the residential parking and green. In order to increase the green area, the new settlements parking spaces design should be changed from an extensive refinement of treatment, and consider four aspects, include location, residential type, construction area and age level.The main purpose of the paper is to propose the methods of setting the number of parking spaces and the choice of the parking way in new settlements. It proposed the feasibility method of increasing the green area and a useful reference of convenient and comfortable parking environment, creating a harmonious settlements. This paper based on a number of residential parking area situation and the conclusions are practical, and it be the reference of the urban settlement parking planning. This paper have very positive and practical significance for ease the parking problem of cities, improve the urban transportation quality, improve the living environment, improve living standards, promote the national auto industry and the healthy development of parking industry.
