With the development of nation's economy and especially the rapid development of traffic network, bridges play more and more important role in national economy. at the same time owing to the enormous investment and the long construction period,make the security durability and normal use state of bridge get more and more recongnition. now, the research for bridge health monitoring system is in the phase of academic and test research. specially to the data analysis part, no mature detecting damage method has been gotten, full auto data analysis system still need carry on prototype research and testing.this article is based on the theory and technique of domestic and foreign bridge's monitoring and evaluation, according to the contiruous beam bridge's property and teaching need, creating the LinKeDa bridge's health monitoring and assessment management system.In response to the principle of practicability and reliability, the monitor items of contiruous beam bridge structure health monitoring system are determined, including the layout of sensors, collection and analysis of the data, data detected storage and management. Etc.According to the LinKeDa bridge's design documents and specifcation information, to the spatial mode is created by MIDAS-CIVIL. the model can exactly analylze contiruous beam bridge mechanical characteristics and dynamic property. Based on the results above, designs the number of a variety of bridge sensors and optimized distribution plan. propose operational and applicable bridge damage assessment indicators. determine the monitoring project and content of the health monitoring system.In this paper, the author do the following key work:1,According to theory analysis results, determine the optimal layout of the sensor;2,On the base of state-of-the-art, combined with the latest bridge assessment researches, design the composition of long-term health testing system for LinKeDa bridge: including sensor subsystems,signal acquisition and storage subsystems,data transmission and receiving subsystem,data management subsystem,condition assessment subsystem.3,Based on the field of bridge assessment researchs at home and abroad, put into use the AHP,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation damage to the bridge condition assessment methods, in order to provide basis for decision making for the bridge management.
