The Countryside Scenic Plan Research Based On The Development Of The Areal Bioeconomy

Social economy has developed rapidly during more than twenty years as the policy of opening and reforming has brought enormous vitality and vigor in China since the beginning of the 1980's. The rapid development of economy has promoted process of urbanization in china, which changed the urban and rural area greatly. The acceleration of urbanization process of village has unprecedented impacted on the landscape of village, led to various types of problems of village landscape scheme, which is more important for us to study aiming at village landscape.In order to resolve the misunderstanding existing in the present situation of village landscape, the article attempts to construct the theory system of village landscape scheme at the basis of development of ecological economy, according to apply for research method of cross-subject, overview of documents and case analysis, together with partial knowledge at the basis of theory of ecological economy, industrial economy and landscape ecology. The article makes the example of Langxia village, Dalupu town, Jianghua Yao automonous county, Hunan province as a research case, testing and verifying the theory system of village landscape scheme and pointing out its necessity during the present economic situation of our village in China.The article of theory system constructing by village landscape scheme and its results as follows:1) Position of village landscape at the basis of development of ecological economy2) Pointing out the connotation including village landscape scheme at the basis of development of ecological economy3) Pointing out the content the article should included such as ecological industrial construction scheme,village ecological scheme,residential architecture scheme design and landscape scheme etc.4) Our village landscape existing for the following development model:①ecological agriculture②economizing resources③industry developing④ecological tourism economy⑤amusement industry⑥features of brand under the present situation of our country. 5) Analyzed the case of Langxia village, located in Dalupu town, Jianghua Yao automonous county, Hunan province, and turned it into a new village with the feature of brands, the article pointed out its scheme structure of "one heart,two zones,three pieces", standing for the central area of the residents, industrial economical zone and orchard woodland zone and three bigger protection forests in the village respectively, established the brand of "Yao mountain" surrounding the pear resources and formed industrial production and marketing chain together with supporting planting, animal husbandry and tourism and formed the development model with brand features of spiral suitable for new Gaopo village.It's impossible for our country to court the village landscape the same as foreign developed countries under the condition of present economical situation of our country. Considering the economy of our vast village is still in backward, we still in a low level of overall quality. Hence, it's possible for us to create the sustainable development of our vast village landscape at the basis of development of regional ecological economy, so that we can improve the village people's living condition and its surrounding environment.
