| With the development of information industry, the level of automation about power system is increasing, more and more functional components widely used in power system such as EMS, DMS, GIS, etc. However, these devices are often belong to different manufacturers, each manufacturer has its own data model, which is information exchange between systems makes it difficult. the IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) puts forward IEC61970/61968 specification series and defines CIM (Common Information Model) as a base model of model transformation between power systems. With the power system common information model (CIM) of continuous improvement, based on the application of IEC standards have gradually expanded from the energy management system to the distribution management systems and substation automation.In order to provide supports of the standardization and integration requirements of distribution network management, researching on the expansion of the model based on the original CIM for the characteristics of distribution network. First, the model of distribution network device has established and the container model of the relationship between important devices. The CIM models of switching station, and ring main unit are built based on the original switch model in CIM with the addition of some new attribute and roles, and use UML techniques described. Then the line model, load model and the feeder model was extended, which is considered three-phase unbalance in distribution network.Studied on image model of power network expressed by SVG technology. Power network defined some primitives base on SVG technology, focusing on describing the system menu, font color, metadata, electrical components and related connections. The SVG file interaction with the EMS and the principle of import and export operations are studied.The specific application of distribution network CIM model is studied in this paper. The relation between Object-Oriented Model and relation database is elaborated in detail. Additionally, the CIM/XML Import and Export Component is designed. The key classes and the Import/Export process of program are described with UML also. Finally, the correctness of distribution network model constructed by the paper is validated by existing IEEE radial test system. |
