Rotor unbalance is the main engine exciting force of rotating machinery, especially of high-speed rotating machinery case. It also is the main reason inducing and aggravating other failures. Now the machinery and equipment is in high speed and efficient development. Rotary movement as the major form of the mechanical system motion, the rotor dynamic unbalance should be taken seriously. Here, on-site dynamic balance is more and more extensive applying with its convenient, efficient. Dynamic Balance technology is in circumstances of working in field operative mode or close to operative mode, testing dynamic balance of the rotor. Then it calculates the size and location of the equivalent unbalance at its correcting surface. Through balanced correction in the form of accentuation or reduce weight , it reduces the vibration caused by unbalance.Virtual instruments is breaking through the limitations of traditional instruments. It combines the computer technology, communication technology and measurement techniques. It is the product of a combination of computer technology and instrumentation technology. In order to meet the needs of the development of modern dynamic balance, this thesis developed a on-site balancing analyzer which based on intelligent virtual instrument by combining virtual instrument technology, digital signal processing technology and on-site Balancing technology, and using graphical programming software Visual Basic.This thesis introduces the theory and method of dynamic balance, analog hardware circuit and signal acquisition circuit, USB interface A/D conversion circuit, vibration analysis and on-site balancing test system software design in detail.Finally, the thesis carry on on-site dynamic balancing test for combination of machine tools. Through the dynamic balance testing, the combination of machine tools can be operated stable and correctly. It properly achieved the desired results.
