The Construction Plan Of New Multi-function Tugboat

Tianjin port currently has more than 40 types of ships for the port. In addition to oil tankers, the ships for port are all in the management of Tianjin Port Tugboad & Lighter Co., Ltd. Tugboat company now has 32 ships (Axis of Z propeller Tug 19). The tug of Tianjin Port has lots of shortcomings, for example, few tugs and functional imperfections, which directly restricts the level of external services of Tianjin Port. Therefore, the Tianjin Port must construct new multi-functional tugboat, which should meet not only the need of port production, but also the capacity of external fire fighting and ice-breaking.In this paper, the contraction plan of new multi-function tugboat has been made, according to characteristics and shortcomings of tugboat company.This paper is divided into nine chapters, focused to the capacity of port production, the capacity of ice-breaking, the capacity of coastal towing, the capacity of external fire fighting and so on.
