| This thesis discusses the technological requirements and design of the gantry and attachments testing platform in forklift system. The design of hardware includes the design of main circuit and controlling circuit, and the design of software includes PLC programming and the design of touch panel monitor.The testing platform system has three levels: management level-field level-executive level. The management level uses touch panel monitor to establish man-machine interface. The field lever uses Siemens PLC to establish field controller for collecting data and controlling the functioning of the actuator. And the executive level consists of valves, pumps, soft starters and electromotors to realize the controlling. |
