With the high-speed Age of China railway large-scale prestressed concrete box girder is widely used in railway construction. Beam-fabrication pedestal provides a platform for fabricating box beam, and deposit beam pedestal provides a temporary foothold for storing box beam. The working properties of pedestal particularly the uneven settlement of the pedestal directly affect the quality of box beam.Combining a prefabricated beam field of Harbin-Dalian passenger dedicated railway, this article analyses and researches the settlement of the pedestal that have been used. Based on regular summing-up of existing settlement data of the pedestal, the software Ansys is employed for the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the pedestal settlement problem, and in this way, some useful conclusions are made. Specific work includes:(1)Analyse pedestal working mechanism from different angles, use different methods to calculate the pdeestal settlement, and discuss the problem of soil compression modulus value.(2)Ansys finite element software is employed for the three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of the pdeestal settlement problem, while solving the problem of modeling, contact analysis, parameter selection and calctilating cnnvergency are focused on. Finally got the changing trends and influencing range of the pedestal settlement.(3)Summarize the existing settlement data of the Beam-fabrication pedestal and deposit beam pedestal, and obtained the law of settlement change with time and the factors affecting settlement. Compare the settlement calculation results that due to different methods with the existing settlement data, and then conclude the appropriate way of settlement calculation and soil compression modulus value. Compare the settlement calculation results that base on Ansys methods with the existing settlement data, then analyse settlement mechanism of the pedestal, and find out the developmental trend and affecting factor of pedestal settlement.
