Along with the advance in technology, the massive new materials, new technical are emerging under the new theory impetus. The pre-stressed steel structure achieved fast development, its stress is reasonable, it also saves the material, the form of the construct is diverse, modeling novel, the application is widespread, it become the newest achievement in the construction domain. The pre-stressed steel structure develops from the initial simple thought of economizing material to the modem pre-stressed steel structure series, had been through repeatedly the exploration, waiting and seeing, the advance, the breakthrough, the innovation and prosperity each kind of stage. The new pre-stressed steel structure research will certainly to be able to impetus society's development.In this article, the new combined form is used of tendons and l-section steel girder, it carries on the non-linear finite element analysis to the big span pre-stressed l-section steel girder. Using the pre-stressed tendons is not only able to extend the loading-force, moreover extend the scope of material strength. Relative enhancement of rigidity of the construct which realizes the great span steel girder have the count for much significance, the construct may increase the span of the steel girder, reduce the steel girder displacement. Moreover, using the pre-stressed tendons is able to economize the material, reduce the construct cost and speed the process of working. Thus, application of the great span pre-stressed l-section steel girder will have the practical significance regarding the project application, might supply the engineering design reference. This article uses large-scale software ANSYS to carry on the analysis, and has mainly done following several aspects research work to this structure:(1) Inferring the pre-stressed l-section steel girder's balance equation using the principle of equilibrium principle, inferring the steel tendon tension increase formula, applying the application energy principle;(2) The solution of girder's balance equation obtains the pre-stressed l-girder line of displacement formula;(3) Analysis choice pre-stressed l-girder best section parameter;(4) Using the machine language programming and ANSYS finite element analysis software to the pre-stressed l-girder distortion research, studying the influence of pre-stressed l-girder distortion performance several factors, such as l-girder's span, the pre-stressed size and so on, and carrying on the comparison to two kind of computed results, may obtain the theory inferential reasoning formula is correct;(5) Carrying on the plastic analysis to the pre-stressed l-girder, analyzing pre-stressed l-girder limit supporting capacity, researching l-section steel girder's plasticity developing process under the pre-stressed function.
