Recent years, to properly and scientifically utilize crumb tire rubbers, researchers abroad and home have put rubber powder into asphalt and discovered the asphalt to make great progress in various functions. However, it still can not adapt to the high temperature of south area. Especially, under the requirement of heavy traffic and the expressway's canalization, a new material is urgently needed to resolve the shortage under the environment of high temperature to meet the market's demand and to improve the application of crumb rubber powder for the relief of great pressure in environment caused by the waste tire rubber.In view of the successful experience of crumb tire rubber powder of +Domix composite modified asphalt studied by hengyan expressway, through respectively mixing the crumb tire rubber powder with PE, Rosin, SBS, etc. of those polymers to compositely modify the basic asphalt, to further get the corresponding result and meanwhile to compare the result of crumb tire rubber powder +Domix composite modified asphalt's study, then the thesis gains the conclusion which mainly includes the following three aspects:First, about the functional test and study of composite modified asphalt, the thesis finally gets the best composite modified prescription composition through modifying the different dosages of crumb tire rubber powder of 40 kinds mixed with different dosages of PE, Rosin, SBS the 70th Shell Bitumen, then making the normal test, Brookfield Rotary Viscosity test, elasticity recovery test and so on, and get the optimum combination of composite modified formula 20% 40 mersh tire rubber powder (AR)+4%PE.Second, referring to the matching proportion of mixing materials in hengyan expressway, using the best combination chosen and making the mixing materials'test to the prescription of crumb tire rubber powder +Domix, including the tests of high-temperature performance and water stability, then finding the 20% 40 mersh tire rubber powder+4%PE has certain advantages by the contrast study.Third, the thesis supplies the reliable technical security and theoretical support to the crumb tire rubber powder's composite modified asphalt by the introduction to the entity project of hengyan expressway, and further confirms the feasibility of the best composite modified prescription applied in the project. |
